The Intellimeter RS485 to Ethernet converter seamlessly connects Intellimeter meters using Modbus TCP. This external module acts as a transparent interface between Modbus RTU (RS485) and Modbus TCP/IP, preserving the original address mapping of the meters. Functioning as a conventional serial server, it transforms RS485 serial data into TCP/IP, enabling network communication. The gateway includes a 24V DC, 15W power supply (120 VAC) for reliable operation.
