An assembly add-on required for sites that have no neutral. 

Potential transformer assembly for stepping down voltage from 600V to 120V. Cased in a 12" x 12" x 6" NEMA 1 enclosure with fused disconnect for primary, 3 x non-revenue potential transformers (25 VA) and wiring for 600V 3ph 3w and fusing for secondary with neutral.
